Dunga: Alves will do well at Juventus

Dani Alves announced his departure from Barcelona more than a week ago, and even though there has not been official confirmation of his signing for Juventus, Brazil coach Dunga said that the defender will do well in Italy. The right-back, who turned 33 years old last month, left the Catalan club as a free agent even though he had one more year left in his deal, and because of a clause included in his contract."He will do well in Juventus with his mentality, yes he will do very well," said Dunga. The coach played for six years in Serie A himself and discussed what Alves might need to do to adapt to a different style of football."They play very tactical football, with solid teams defensively."Alves learned to win in Barcelona and he will join another team who are also expected to deliver."Juve want to build a good team for the Champions League considering they are the favourites to win the Serie A title again," he concluded.Alves is playing the Copa America with Brazil and on Monday they will face Peru in a match that will decide a spot in the quarterfinal.
